Colour Discrepancy 

Please note when purchasing online, colours may appear differently on devices/computers and may not be exactly true to colour. We try our best to take photos in natural lighting to get the most accurate colour representation however, every device/computer shows colours differently and we are unable to give refunds on products due to the colour it shows on your device. If you are unhappy with the colour of the item you have received we are more than happy to give you a store credit. 

Change of Mind 
We do not refund change of mind purchases, this includes incorrect sizing. However, we can offer you a store credit. We only offer refunds on faulty, incorrect or falsely advertised items. 
Orders cannot be cancelled once placed, once you receive your item you can send it back for a store credit. 
Lost Parcels and Incorrect Address 
We are not liable for any lost parcels if the address you have provided us is incorrect. If you notice the shipping address you have provided is incorrect please contact us ASAP and we will do our best to resolve the issue if possible.


When ordering a pre-order item please note all other items in your order will not be shipped until your pre-order item arrives. The timeframes given can change at any time, this is due to possible delays in receiving the item. 90% of pre-order items are shipped within the given time frame. we encourage the use of express shipping on pre-order items incase of delays.


All orders are shipped with Auspost, please allow 1-5 business days for your order to be shipped.
